A starting point for exploration

This is a reflection tool, not a test of ability or a prediction of your career. It asks which activities sound enjoyable today. It’s okay if your interests change.

Start with 18 everyday scenarios, then choose up to two activity pictures and any words that interest you. You can skip either screen, and more questions are available if you want them. This adapts the six-theme Kalos Career Navigator for ages 13–22. The questions and career connections are editorial and have not been validated as a psychological assessment.

Your choices and the AI reflection

No account, name, school, birth date, work history, or sign-up is required. The working copy of your answers stays in this tab’s memory. Refreshing or closing the page clears that copy.

When you open results after rating an activity, your activity selections, pictures, words, and selected next step are sent to the Navigator’s AWS service to create an AI reflection. No name or email is shared with the AI. The reflection draws on rated activities, selected pictures and words, and their connections to career areas. Optional comparisons and preferences stay separate from your interest profile and career connections. AI can make mistakes and does not measure ability or predict a career.

The Navigator has no participant database or mailing list. Its service stores temporary, coded counters to limit unwanted requests, rather than participant profiles or answer records. The optional check at the end stays in this tab and is not sent to the AI or email service.

Keeping or sharing a copy

Download and print create a copy from the results currently shown. Copy tool link shares only the public Navigator address, with no answers or results.

Email is optional. Sending it shares your email address, answers, and selected next step with HVACR School’s AWS email service to create and deliver your report. A current AI reflection may be included. The email provider may retain delivery and suppression records. Your inbox keeps the report.

Keep a copy before you leave. If you use a shared device, choose Clear my answers when you finish.
